A series mischief incidents early in the new year appear to have been solved.

Inspector Jeff Duggan says some good work by a couple of their specialty units has paid off, “Community street crime and our crime unit that got together, identified suspects, sought them down, and actually spoke to them under caution where they admitted to a lot of these things.”

Duggan says the damaged mail boxes, fire hydrants and ice shacks all appear to be the work of a couple of people.

One person has been arrested so far in connection to the, and a warrant has been issued for one other person.
