The community came out to support to Grand Opening of the Kenora Sexual Assault Centre.
The centre moved locations back in early May, now they reside on Chipman Street.
Evelyn Larsen Acting Centre Director says the move has made a big difference.
"It's accessible to everyone which is really great. This I think is the first time KSAC has been totally accessible. It's a great step forward to be able to accommodate anyone who regardless of their physical limitations, they can feel welcome to come into our space."
Larsen adds people are very happy with the new location.
"We've had all positive feedback, everybody seems to be very happy with the space that we have. Ultimately we want clients and people who come to our office to feel comfortable, and they've expressed that they do so that's great."
She adds they still offer all the same services, just in a new location.
