Progressive Conservatives in the Ontario Legislature are up in arms over the latest government
PC leader Patrick Brown accuses the Liberals of partisan advertising in it's commercials promoting
the Fair Hydro Plan.
"We have the auditor general saying these are partisan, self-congratulatory, vanity ads. And we have the government saying no, the auditor general's in favour of them. Who do I trust. Do I trust this Liberal cabinet or do I trust the auditor general. Mr. Speaker, I'm with the auditor general."
However, the speaker of the house ruled against the PC's contempt motion because the ads state the
Fair Hydro Plan will only go into effect if it's passed by the legislature.
